The beads are sewn together with coated stainless steel wire which is a very strong material suitable for jewellery. The finishing of the necklace is silk cord. The cord is attached to the beaded part of the necklace with wire, thread and felt pieces. Sometimes hard beads are being used to complete the design. Due to its material the necklace is lightweight and can easily change position on the bust. Because of the use of silk cord the necklace looks beautiful even if it stands asymmetrically.
