Jewelry, Eyewear and Watch Design Ripples Jewelry by Yingting Yang The Ripples necklace and earrings set is constructed with translucent jadeite with inclusion like flowing water. Surrounded by a diamond set on 18K gold plate, each of these small moon-shaped pieces was carefully set to mimic the effect of a ripple. With those waves expanding and interconnecting with each other, the image of ripples on a still water pond is created. The wind wrinkles the still water surface and blurs the aquatic plants underneath. This imagery of mother nature inspired the ripple series.
